Justin has a broad background in the real estate industry, functioning as an owner, manager, broker and developer of both commercial and residential real estate.  Justin also has substantial experience in the tax and investment aspect of purchasing and owning real estate from his background as a financial accountant.  He has brokered a multitude of 1031 Tax free exchanges and has represented many well known clients in Central Pennsylvania.  He also takes pride in working with large employers on their employees' relocation needs.

Justin is a graduate of The University of Colorado Leed School of Business where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.  He subsequently worked in the public accounting field specializing in real estate partnership and real estate tax issues.  He then became a Financial Controller for a construction company before entering the Commercial real estate industry.

He is licensed as a Pennsylvania Real Estate Broker and holds several designations with regard to residential real estate.  He serves on the Board of the Derry Township Municipal Authority and the Board of the Hershey-Derry Township Historical Society and is a member of The Hershey Rotary Club.  He resides and is active in the community of Hershey with his wife Kathy and his 3 small children.

Justin has a reputation for fair dealing and for putting his clients’ interest first, at whatever cost.  He maintains his office in his building at 150 W. Chocolate Avenue in Hershey.
